Dr. Audalys Peña

Dr. Audalys Peña is a proud Double Gator, earning her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida. She graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024 with a certificate in Veterinary Business Management. Following graduation, Dr. Peña completed an intensive emergency medicine training program that included extensive hands-on mentorship and advanced training in emergency and critical care. Her clinical interests include emergency medicine, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, diagnostic imaging, and cytology. She enjoys the diagnostic challenge of working through complex cases and helping families navigate difficult decisions regarding their pets. Dr. Peña values compassionate, collaborative medicine and believes strongly in making sure pet owners understand their pet’s condition and feel involved in their care. She is bilingual and enjoys being able to communicate with clients in both English and Spanish. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Peña enjoys traveling, staying active, spending time with her family and fiancé, and, of course, spending time with her fur baby, Cleo, a 5-year-old golden retriever.
