Before Your First Visit
To help your appointment go smoothly, please complete our new client form online before your visit. You may also print it and bring it with you.
Please also bring any medical records from your pet’s previous veterinarian. If you do not have them, we can contact your former clinic or hospital to request them on your behalf.
What to Expect When You Arrive
When you arrive, our team will greet you, review your paperwork, check your pet in, and answer any administrative questions. Before your appointment begins, you’re welcome to enjoy a drink or snack from our beverage station.
Our spacious hospital is designed to feel comfortable and welcoming while giving our team the space and resources needed to provide attentive veterinary care.
During Your Pet's Appointment
A veterinary technician will usually begin by asking about your pet’s medical history, current health, and the reason for your visit. Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, answer your questions, and recommend any needed diagnostics or treatment.
If testing is recommended, we’ll provide an estimate before moving forward. Many diagnostics can be performed in-house, allowing our team to review results and discuss next steps with you.
At the end of the visit, your technician will review care instructions, process payment, and help schedule any follow-up appointments if needed.
