Dr. Katelyn Lanctot
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Katelyn Lanctot was born in Southbridge, Massachusetts and raised in Sebastian, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida in 2019, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. During her time at UF, she also completed a certificate in Aquatic Animal Medicine.
While in veterinary school, Dr. Lanctot was involved in research focusing on behavioral studies in gopher tortoises, as well as parasitology research involving seals and barred owls.
Her professional interests include small animal medicine—particularly dogs, cats, and exotic species—as well as surgery and diagnostic ultrasound. She is Fear Free certified and is committed to creating a calm, stress-free environment for both her patients and their owners.
Outside of work, Dr. Lanctot enjoys beach days, hiking, dancing, and being active in her local church community. She also loves spending quality time with her dog, Ellie.
